Just had my guys install a new rheem 5 ton 410a complete system for a customer Monday for $5,160. See no way it couldn't be done for you for the same price

I'd recommend getting the cheapest option if you plan on selling the house inside of 7 years.

That was for a 16 seer?

550 to 245. The units 5 ton and 4 ton about 22,000. Don't know how much SEER 14 would have cost.
