Schedule a march to raise awareness, invite the LGBT community, BLM folks and abortion rights activists, and lastly blame Trump. Seems to work for everyone else without any common sense. Or you could fill the hole with dogsh!t. Dogs wont did in crap.

Tell your neighbors to put the dogs' poop in the holes, that will work most of the time. They don't like getting their own crap on their paws.
