Neighbor's German Shepherds trying to dig under my fence

I have kids aged 1, 3, and 7. It's uptown New Orleans but I'm next to the worst neighbors in the area (60-something brother and sister live there with the house passed down from their parents). Obviously I don't want these dogs in my yard, especially with my little kids there. I can tell my neighbors see what's happening and they have tried to fill the hole with rocks.

1. Don't do anything, Post on TD and complain about it
2. Dig down and put some chicken wire down 2 feet then back fill
3. You're an uptown baller so get some day Laborers to dig around your fence line and pour flow fill

Mark your territory by pissing and shitting along the fence line. Show them who's boss.
