I'd refrain from the shrimp vandalism.

Just call the cops and let them ticket her and/or tow her. That should get the message across.

I'm pretty sure it is illegally parked. A friend of mine hit a parked car on the street and the person who was parked had to pay for all damages because they were facing the wrong direction.

Really? I was parked the wrong way on a street once, and a lady hit my car and totaled it. The lady was responsible for all the damages. Even though I was parked the "wrong way," I was parked legally according to the police.

Could differ by municipality, but tons of people park facing the opposite direction here.

No, she gets there and goes into the stepsons room. I drink beer with the neighbor from time to time. I texted him this morning and he said he warned them, they are just ignorant. He says tow the shite!

This changes everything. Call the cops...then the tow company.

I'm pretty sure parking against traffic is illegal everywhere, but may not be enforced on smaller roads. Other than that, it's just not a safe practice.

Who knows. I just know the accident report the cop filled out referred to my car as "Legally Parked Car."

But you're right, parking against traffic isn't safe practice. This accident happened back in high school. It was one of those learning moments.

I messaged her about her accident. She said she couldn't really remember, maybe they both had to pay. Also, she said something about not being able to see reflectors?

Yeah, the vandalism was a joke. The last thing I need is that kind of trouble.

my girlfriend has this issue too. Her next door neighbor throws house parties at least once every other week. She has a horseshoe driveway and they block at least 1 entrance (which is fine), but sometimes they block two and I'm stuck.

We told them to stop blocking us and they didn't listen 3-4 times so we told them again to stop or we're calling a tow truck. Well they blocked both driveways, so we called the tow company - told them we needed 2 cars towed and within 15 minutes they were there and towing the car. Loaded the cars up, the neighbors saw/found out and ran out. too late bitches
