What brand is good? Size? fill me in. Going with the round ones.

Yes, we had one before and the kids loved it but it given to us and springs broke, tore, etc... It was old and don't even know what brand that was.

I have a 10 year old one that is still very usable ( no safety side thingee) that I’m about to toss 3 years too late because my 17 year old daughter is so sentimental about it. Don’t know the brand but that thing was a champ.

Get the net around it.

Let the kids re-enact their own Hell in A Cell matches

Whatever is on sale at Sam's Club/Costco/Academy. don't spend extra for the hoop thing, it breaks within a week.

Whatever you do, don't sell it in a garage sale while the kids are jumping on it. fricks them up for life.... just saying.

Anchor it down. One windstorm and it’s lost in your neighborhood.

I'm selling a gently used 2 year springfree with net and ball hoop that is almost unbreakable and if you're willing to drive an hour from natchez. Oval shaped. 8 by 13 ft

I second this.

I lost mine due to a bad windstorm in the spring. It ended up going about 1000 feet into 2 or 3 neighbor yards over.

Had it survived, it definitely would not have made it through Zeta. It would have been relocated even further away.

Greatest thing that happened to our trampoline was a windstorm deposited it in the middle of our lake. Pain in the arse to move while cutting grass

Besides those Olympic sports ones, the price point is related to durability over time.

If it’s just for you and your kids to have fun in the backyard, don’t over-think it. Get a inexpensive one from Academy Sports.

I would get one with the surrounding protective netting. The safety is worth it.

Unless your kids are experienced daredevil types, they’ll break an arm or leg before long without the protective netting.

Agree completely, kids loved it when used it. As they got older te
they just sat on it. Weedeating around it was a pain. Yes I mow my own yard. I was very happy when my insurance said take it down. Took apart put on curb some one took it within an hour. Good luck to them.

Not mine, because it wasn't anchored down. I never let it settle in one location. So I could easily Heman push it over to cut the grass or just push it with the riding lawn mower.

Bought this one 4 or 5 years ago, it hardly looks used now despite being outdoors the entire time & heavily bounced upon.

Academy

Rectangular bounces better than round or square. And use heavy gloves when installing & stretching the springs (nothing hurts more than getting skin of your fingers pinched by the spring)
