Need help with butt wiping procedures

I'm looking to improve my wipe game in every facet. Quicker, more comfortable, and cleaner. I'm not ready to commit to a bidet yet so teach me your wiping ways, baws.
What equipment should I use? TP brand, baby wipes, etc.
What motion do I use? Front to back? Back to front? Circular motion?
How should I sit on the pot? Leaning forward? Straight up? Feet on the seat?

ETA: Forgot to mention this: My wipe game is fine already. My personal hygiene is top notch. I'm just looking to constantly improve.

ETA: It looks like it's gotten some recent bad reviews on Amazon over them changing the thickness of the wipes. Are you okay with the current thickness?

This thread won't last, but here's some truly useful advice. A bidet is the best thing since sliced bread. My butthole has never felt more pampered since I figured out I can hang my arse over the side of the tub and use the hand shower as a bidet. It's life-changing. No more Cottonelles expense, and my 'rhoids are in retreat. It's like my little secret, and I'm telling it to you.

Warm, and the makeshift bidet is the finishing touch. My back is turned so I can't see much anyway.
