Need help from the OT detectives....to find a name

My 15 year old has been texting someone from out of state and we saw a text where the person admits to being 45. I don't think my kid has responded back, but I want to find this person to help bring home the point of not trusting people you meet on-line. Wow I type that line as I'm asking help from people on-line. I have their cell number, not going to post it, and I know they are in Grand Prarie, TX. Is there a truly Free site for me to get a name without paying some service that may or may not provide the information after I pay them?
