If you want to look years younger than you are, for the rest of your life, sunglasses need to be a habit, now. That means contacts.

Acuvue Oaysys are what I'd worn for 20 years. I switched to Oaysys Max, last fall, and am not happy. They get "gummier" faster. They also caused someone I work with to look at me in a meeting and ask why my eyes were green (tinged.) Probably not a good look for pics.

If you're a cheap bastard, you can probably pay for a lens fitting, get a week worth of samples, and then just opt for glasses. But I can't be adamant enough in that sunglasses will keep you from looking like a run out Australian that has never worn sunscreen.
