Need cheap eye exam, suggestions?

I need to order new contacts and my eye prescription expired a few months ago. My eye sight has not changed in over 10 years and this was confirmed by my exam 18 months ago. Therefore, I am just wanting the cheapest and quickest place to get a prescription that I can email to 1800-Contacts to get some replacements.
Walmart, Target, Sams, etc?

It's like $50-60 at any place with just an optometrist.

$79 for the exam, $99 for an exam every year for 3 years. Not bad, but the reviews are complete shite. I guess the price reflects that though. The price of an exam/prescription is garbage.
