Need 8 new windows, siding, replace soffit and fascia, and a few other things...

I live in Metairie. I'm in the budgeting and planning phase, but not too far from moving forward. Has anyone dealt with someone like LAS or Capital Improvement? How were the experiences? I'm trying to find a one stop shop that could take care of all of these issues. If you have a suggestion for someone independent, I am all ears to that as well.
