Women in North Carolina have been unable to legally revoke consent after sexual intercourse begins.

"North Carolina is the only state in the country where no doesn't really mean no. Right now, if a woman tells a man to stop having sex he is under no legal obligation to do so, as long as she initially consented. If sex turns violent, the woman has no right to tell the man he must stop."

Ok, that's fricked up. However, I wouldn't mind seeing a law that stops chicks from revoking consent days later.

To know whether or not I should be outraged the writer of the column should have taken the time to research what other crime is committed in this instance. If anyone has ever been charged with that crime...

I feel like she is only giving us just the tip.

So this is why UNC and Duke have blue colors: they take blue balls seriously in that state.

That makes a huge difference than the writer or OP suggested . It won't be classified as rape, but possibly assault or kidnapping, whatever

I'm pretty sure that would still be assault maybe just not rape.

I'd be okay then....between initial peneteration and her being able to say no, I'd be done anyways

What if I pull out and am about to bust a nut and she revokes consent and I can't stop it and I bust a nut all over her after she revoked consent?

What would be the ruling there in the the other 49 states?

Do they say whether the fricker can be guilty of another crime albeit not rape? IOW, semantics? Like assault/battery for continuing to frick without permission even though not technically rape?

That's why safe words are so damn important.

All they gotta do is say it and spell it. Is that so hard?

I see the rationale behind this law. False rape allegations often occur in these situations, where women say they consented to sex and then de-consented mid act. These cases are impossible to prove and effectively ruin the man's life, even if he's acquitted. The law also allows for men to be charged with assault if the sex becomes too rough or involves physical pain or violence.

"No" means "yes".

"Yes" means "anal".

And in NC, "no" means "anal", too.

At the exact moment that she said no you were outside of the puss and did not reenter so no rape. But if busted on her could be battery with bodily fluid.
