This is the biggest month of the year for charities and I am curious to which charities people think are the most deserving.

St Jude is a favorite of mine.
Salvation Army.
Our local church.
Oh and I really like Samaritans Purse. They got treated like crap in NYC when they went to set up medical tents in the spring to help with covid.

St. Jude is my go to. When my Mom died in January I wrote her obituary. My siblings agreed with my request that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. There are many good causes, but St. Jude's is my favorite and those kids have more guts than I have.

We normally (!) go every December — we play bingo at Tri Delta place and often see the same kids every year who are there for follow ups.
We’ve talked to SO many families over the years and I have no words to describe the experience.
We couldn’t go obviously this year — so I found one of the moms I had met and messaged her — her son went for a check up on the normal weekend that we would have played bingo. Check up was great but he was sad we couldn’t be there for bingo. For some it’s the highlight.
SO my daughter and I sent him a small something to replace a “bingo gift” that could have been.
It’s SUCH a special place.

The Clinton Foundation. No, I meant The Shriner's Hospital For Children.

St Vincent de Paul local chapters. Seriously it’s a bunch of little old Catholic ladies making shite happen with very little money or overhead.

Well done, 91
I hope your knee is well enough for you to run again. I am still very thankful to you for running for one of my sisters a few years ago.

I have contributed to St. Judes, the Salvation Army and local Options organization.
I like the Salvation Army because they do try to help people work and get back on their feet and just don't throw money at them.

Knees are good — my will is not. I need to start back — never should have stopped!
Didn’t realize it was you I was replying to! Hope you’re well.

Just pick a random gofundme. They're all great people that will use your money wisely.
