On Friday, South Korea returned the fishing boat to North Korea Later that day North Korea threatened to make South Korea "pay a dear price" for the act of aggression against their fishermen. North Korea claimed the sailors were in a "coma due to the shuddering barbaric atrocities" of South Korean navy.
North Korea has since threatened to attack these islands in state media and announced new nuclear tests. Another report indicated that they had also moved their some heavy artillery closer to Pyongyang. Now it seems that was either to protect the artillery may have been moved to protect it from retaliation and potentially to protect Pyongyang if there was a significant counter strike.
North Korea notified the South a few hours ago about a drill near the Northern limit line and asked for a no-fly-zone and no-sail zone to be established. North Korea began the drill about an hour ago, apparently one of North Korea's shell landed near an island

NK is a 5 year old. They love negative attention because it's the only kind they ever get.
