no, she's not.

even the Bible says "don't eavesdrop on your servant for you may find him cursing you."

a smart wife would be to set ground rules and limit access to devices and/or tell them before you buy it for them you will routinely pick it up and look through it for inappropriate behavior.

a shitty wife puts sneakware onto devices in hopes of finding a teenage girl sending your son a boob pic.

1) His wife is actually an overbearing a-hole.

2) Teens have always been the same, within the context of their society (i.e., I'm not arguing that Victorian teens are identical to Millenial teens, but there are overarching similarities).

3) Raising a child without any trust or privacy is a recipe for creating an underachieving douchebag.

I think we are all missing the fricking point here.

When did it become a bad thing for a 14 year old boy to see a naked girl of his own or older age?

You should've given him a fricking high 5.

Nobody ever wants dick pics. At any age. It's simply not an attractive body part.

I never said there wasn't a double standard.

He's got a son.

Your daughter should be locked in a dungeon until she is 18 or 30

She is doing this because the kids he goes to school with, one of them does drugs. And he's "friends" with that kid. Yes it's just weed, but we would rather him not do it or be involved.

tell him about the app and be upfront that he's being monitored for his own good. If you are worried about him doing drugs surprise him with a piss test. Over the counter costs 17$ and are fairly accurate. I wouldn't want my young kids doing drugs either. Gotta have some faith you did him right. He is your kid, show him some trust and respect until he doesn't deserve it.

Not cool at all...that's psycho-parent shite that will drive a wedge between you and your kid when he figures it out.
