My dog would eat cat shite and various other stuff and puke it back up. They'll grow out it... hopefully.

his nose isn't really wet right now.. I'll keep a close watch on him
that is what I would do as well...just be sure he is eating and drinking some without throwing it all back up and he should be fine...

Just a dog being a dog.
Don't worry he'll be fine.

What is he throwing up? Just bile? If so how often do you feed him. Puppy's stomachs can get upset if it's empty and will cause them to throw up.

Take him to the vet! Bostons are the best dogs ever BTW! I am getting a new one SOON!

Loose strings and puppies can be bad news... If anything changes I'd take him to the vet

Yes they can be. I have always been super cautious and taken my dogs to the vet anytime something seems off. Ya I am sure I have wasted a ton of money but its worth it to me for the peace of mind.

Does he have toys and safe things to chew on? You need to get under the bed and cut all the strings!

Didn't PeeJ lose his daughter AND burn his trailer down?
I vote don't take advice from PeeJ, fwiw.

My puppy has vomited twice today
Hold off on feeding him today. Provide him plenty of water, but no food. It may sound cruel, but if he has a stomach bug, he won't be able to keep it down.
Wait until tomorrow to feed him.

If the pup is drinking then it should be fine. Your biggest concern at this age is parvo. It can be deadly so watch his intake of water. Parvo leads to dehydration which is of course, bad news.
