Here's how you figure it:
Retail price of your house (RP) X .25% = Car Factor
Car Factor / 5 (maximum cars that will fit) = car allowance (CA)
Your house is now worth:
RP - (CA * 3) = New Trashy Value of Home

The Samurai is the LEAST trashy. It's not exactly chic but those little frickers can be pretty cool if you fix them up well. The Mustangs, on the other hand, scream white-trash.

Tell him he's got X amount of time to move it out the front of you house or you'll have to call the city to come and pick it up. Or the ol' "I'm having a party next week and need the space for my elderly or handicapped guests" Bad blood between neighbors sucks, but you're 100% in the right on this one.
