There would have been nothing wrong with asking this girl out.
1)You already said that she was attractive (which you had no problem noticing while "worshipping ")
2)You obviously share a common interest in your faith
3)She showed an interest in getting to know you better
The more I am thinking about this, the more I feel like you might be bullshitting us a bit.
Maybe not about the whole story, but maybe about her being cute, or approaching you later.

It's amazing when you get old, how young people look. I really don't know what her age was but maybe 20-25ish?
I do know this, she had keys (so she is old enough to drive) and I think she has a kid because I saw her waiting at the Child Daycare thing they have for the kids who are too young to worship.

All churches are political organization. The liberal churches have a coffe shop the conservative churches do not.
