I worked in an Orthopedic clinic for years. People's Health is by far the worst insurance company to deal with. Tell her to switch now! Their authorization process is such a pain in the arse that one of the biggest orthopaedic clinics in Baton Rouge is probably going to drop the contract with them at the end of the year.
