Yeah the police asked some questions but it sounds like they can't do much.
Mall security on the other hand admitted that this guy has been a known trouble maker. They need to do their job and kick his arse out if they see him.

I don't doubt that have a field office and an earlier post showed that they did. Unless it is something big they usually do follow up investigation they wouldn't be onsite quickly to investigate something like this.
