Check out the ones in Copper Mill. You likely wouldn't know they're DSLD unless someone told you. They're really nice. The ones you've probably seen are 1400 sf spec homes on tiny lots.

I did the same. We paid about $140/sqft for an 1,850sqft house in Prairieville after I customized certain things. Watched every phase of the building process. They fixed every single minor issue we had without question. My wife complained about a tiny lip where they poured the concrete walkway to our front door. They knocked out the old concrete and was out there the next day and re-poured it. I was very satisfied with everything they did. A lot of homes in our neighborhood are over 300k and are a lot bigger than ours

Same here. Part of my driveway was cracking. They jack hammered the whole section up and re poured it. Someone spilled some paint on the floor and scratched it trying to get the paint up. They tore up the whole living room and refloored it.

just know people in dsld homes and they've all had a lot of issues.

I'd like to know what they had issues with. A lot of people confuse DSLD w/ dr horton and it's not comparable imo
