It's in the process of happening, but I've gone from 235(ish)lbs to 200lbs (I'm 6'2 BTW) since January 2nd. I haven't been able to workout the way I want to lately due to school and work time constraints, so this has mainly been through eating properly and quitting drinking.
I'm hoping to lose another 20-25lbs before my wedding in June, but will be content if it's less than that if I know I'm exchanging the fat for muscle.
This has been the heaviest I've ever let myself get. Got a bit too comfortable.
