Spin-off: most overrated is 3 Musketeers. Just too soft and rich for me.
But as for underrated, give me Mr Goodbar also. I felt it always lived in the shadow of the Hershey bar.

The Heath Bar alone is mediocre. However mixed with ice cream the heath bar is amazing.
