Gotta be a rural southern accent outside of LA. MS, AL, GA, SC, TN, maybe TX and AR.

The accent in rural LA isn't really much different outside of the Cajun and coonass areas which are maybe 1/5th of the state.

For me it would be Central Virginia—think Richmond, Lynchburg, Charlottesville. It sounds southern, but a more refined southern dialect and less harsh and twangy than what you find in Georgia, Alabama, etc. East Texans speak nicely as well.
