Morgan City man displays lewd behavior in front of juveniles

The suspect was reportedly in front of a residence on Birch Street at the time of the incident. While the suspect did not expose his genitals, he was wearing a t-shirt and appeared to be masturbating while in the presence of about four children near the home. Darnell Johnson was arrested and booked at the Morgan City jail facility.

Hmmm.. Indecent exposure without exposing anything? That seems to be a charge that won't stick. Maybe enticing a minor for indecent purposes would have been the better choice. Sheesh.

But it does't say he enticed them. I wouldn't think fapping at a playground would be legal but I don't think indecent behavior with juveniles is the appropriate charge.

I'd say jerking off in front of someone would almost certainly signify you're welcoming sexual advances from the other person. Regardless, it at least would be indecent behavior with juveniles. I just don't understand the "exposure" aspect of the charge here.

Maybe the parents were keeping an eye on their kids and saw a strange man staring at them with his hands in his pants stroking it?
