Realtor for me. With advancements in the internet to search listings they are antiquated profession that no longer needs to exist. Most of them have little to no understanding on true legal aspects or contracts and only worry bout the ridiculous overpriced commission they are getting for little to know work.

vemma, shop.com, alex Morton, juenessee, so many and the people on FB as stated below are unreal...to me the FACT that 90% of all MLM schemes people lost money and 98%+ make min wage or less says it all, yet people think they found the exception, fine line between hating them and feeling bad for them...

MaryKay lady out of the blue a week or so ago just walks up to my wife and says "oh my gosh, you have such a pretty face! Would you be willing to come be a facial model for me at a party?" Patronizing bullshite. My wife is fat and ugly as sin and everyone knows it.

I just reported R&F to the department of revenue for their continued practice of not refunding sales tax paid to customers who return their crap product for a refund. They stated in an email to me that this is their policy. Once I copied department of revenue, taxes were refunded as well. They are a joke.
