frick these fear-mongering beaurocrats. That's what this is about, playing to unfounded fears. A dog is a reflection of its owner.

It's not incorrect. I was merely saying that ALL of the dogbites I PERSONALLY have seen in children that were hospitalized at the current hospital I work at now...have been pit bull dog bites(that includes pit bull mix dogs). I realize other dogs bite as well. Just saying that MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AS A PEDS NURSE has been that pit bulls seriously frick up a child's face when they bite.

Voice and sight tags only cover certain areas defined as Boulder open space, but my dog is well behaved and would never harm an individual or another animal. He gets to run around and do as he pleases. No one has complained yet

Oh you are one of those.

Mr "my dog doesn't have to be on a leash in public" guy.

Headsup: Most everyone else(even other dog lovers) kinda thinks you are a douche for not keeping your dog on a leash.

I mean...I love my dogs and love bringing them out on walks....but I realize not everyone loves dogs and keep my dogs leashed in public(unless in a setting where unleashed is appropriate). Plus...it's the law here to keep your dogs on a leash. And...it has saved them on hikes when there was a rattlesnake or other threat near the trail(being able to restrain them from running off to further explore the noise/smell/whatever they come across).

Right?

"What you just said is factually incorrect."

"But every case I've handled with mutilated children has been due to pitbulls."

"Still factually incorrect."

Do we need to have a lesson on what a fact is?

I'm usually not in crowded areas. I wouldn't bring him to a park full of people and small children to let him run wild. In my neighborhood and the trails behind my house leading to the flatirons and chataqua, no leash and no care

Not the case here. We have laws that allow well behaved dogs off leash assuming they pass the voice and sight test

Or maybe a reading class would be better.

fact
fakt/Submit
noun
a thing that is indisputably the case.

An example of a fact would be, "DisplacedBuckeye guessed that lsunurse was lying about her treatment of children injured by dog attacks."
