I got suckered into going with a friend.

Is this a big tobacco chewing, trailer park living, sister marrying, rebel flag flying, toothless event? Is there any redeeming aspect?

I want to back out...but my friend really enjoys it...

Yes.

Just drink, wear your jorts, and find some trailer trash to give you a BJ in the bathroom.

I went to one in BR last year. Not even close to the demographics I figured it would be. You'll see.

My brother talked me and my son into going to one with him and my nephews a couple of years ago. I was reluctant, but ended up enjoying it. The drivers go out of their way to entertain the crowd, and it's kid friendly.

We went a little early so the kids could get pictures taken in front of the trucks.

Take earplugs for him to use. It was extremely loud.

We took 4junior to the one in the Superdome last month. The kid is batshit crazy over Monster Trucks and turned two a couple of weeks ago. We are going to BR tomorrow for the pit party and main event. I'm actually looking forward to seeing his enjoyment.

Baton Rouge River Center this weekend...I think Saturday and Sunday. 10 y. o. son loves going to these shows, but we told him he had to choose between this and Rockin' at the Swamp tomorrow. He chose the rock show.

Definitely bring ear protection, as it gets loud.

Get obliterated drunk and yell obnoxious shite. I've done it multiple times, and nobody cares. It really is a good time if you get drunk and rowdy

Eta: Only pussies wear ear plugs

I took my 7 year old to it tonight as part of his birthday present. He loved it.

Definitely bring hearing protection.
