Expect a lot of rednecks.... and a lot of civilized people dressed as rednecks laughing at the real rednecks... eventually it gets so confusing no one can tell the real rednecks from the fake rednecks and everyone is laughing at each other... I think they have trucks driving around at some point too

Wife and I are taking our two year old son. He loves the shite out of monster trucks, fire trucks, dump trucks, Dada's truck, etc. We won't make it the whole show, but I'm thinking seeing his face for 15 minutes of the monster trucks will be well worth the $100 I've already got invested in this trip.

NASCAR is more like an LSU football game than monster trucks

remember that New Orleans is a regional destination and the monster truck fanbase is somewhat regional... the fanbase will range from Lafayette to Mobile bc how often do they see Monster trucks...

Bring some ear protection for the little one. My husband brings my son sometimes and they say it's really loud.
