Cory Bahr is no stranger to televised competition. The Monroe chef is a previous winner on Food Network's "Chopped!" Now, he is the among 13 "Food Network Star" finalists who will compete in the 11-episode series that premieres 8 p.m. June 4.

One closed, one is still going. I don't think he's the chef there anymore though.

I ate at Nonna's about 2 years ago. It was good. I didn't realize that was his place.

If he's already won one competition, why is he still in Monroe?

Should use that as a launch pad to go somewhere in South Louisiana, instead of that hell hole.
