Oh yeah the video I had seen look like Rey never touched him but from reading wrestlezone it sounded like he touched him.

I just watched the video of the accident that happened in Mexico and I'm not sure what to think really
I don't for a second think Mysterio was at all at fault for it but I'm pretty surprised they finished out the match and the lack of caution they had for performing moves around the guy who obviously had some sort of injury
At the same time, they had no way of knowing it was a serious neck injury and that was such a freak accident on a spot you have literally performed 1000s of times with no problem that isn't considered all that high risk.
I'm sort of disturbed by how long it appears it took any medical ppl to get to him and the way several ppl seemed to sort of "shake" him to wake him up (which is the very last thing that you do to someone with a neck injury) but I've heard they were tending to another wrestler backstage but someone should've alerted them pretty quickly I would think but it's in Mexico so I have to remember it's not like this is a WWE staff
Just very mixed emotions on the whole deal really and am terribly sorry for all involved
