Mississippi teen goes missing, again.

She seems to have gone missing a couple of times before. I'm not sure missing is the right word for some who walks away on their own.

At what point does the family start having to bear the costs associated with finding her?

And if she's left 3 times now, shouldn't family services start asking some questions?
