Miss Delaware Stripped of Crown Over Age Controversy

She can keep her scholarship though:

pretty damn strange to exclude her because of her age, if she won straight up....however, rules is rules and if she did not meet the criteria to enter, then she should have to forfiet....

She stated her correct age on the contract... the board signed off on it.
Its the boards fault for not actually checking her info like her birthdate.
And I wish it would have been because of porn again. Imagine if it happened twice in a row

Yes the board fricked up, but they have no choice but to disqualify her.
Its not like Miss America isn't going to check her birthdate and rule she is too old. Atleast this way Delware has a representative.
