A Baton Rouge man was arrested Monday afternoon after police responded to a shots fired call at a home.
The Baton Rouge Police Department reported Michael Anderson II, 39, was taken into custody.
Investigators said the shooting happened on Highland Road near Gardere Lane around 6:45 p.m.
Officers briefly closed off Staring Lane and Gardere Lane while they investigated the reports. They added no one was injured.
According to the probable cause report, Anderson is accused of holding a victim inside a room, not allowing him to leave. The report added Anderson allegedly fired one shot outside a back window, another shot into a mirror and two shots into the ceiling.
Officials said he surrendered to police after about an hour. They added a .45 caliber gun was found inside the home.
Anderson is facing charges of illegal use of a firearm, false imprisonment with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm.

when you say " His daughter" do you mean Mike was hitting on a dude or that he was hitting on your lady friend in front of Mikes daughter?

We always called him Jr, but hell I do not know and don't really think it matters, and as long as you are being picky you might want to do a spell check before posting.
