Probably accidental autoerotic aphyxiation. Not a usual method for women to commit suicide. AND door knob? If she was seriously trying to end her life, she would have used a closet or chandelier.

Not even a midget could hang themselves by a door know without going to extreme measures. If your feet can touch the floor it isn't exactly a hanging.
