Michael Vick’s Father Charged in Heroin Ring

Boddie was charged, along with 11 other people, with running a heroin-distribution ring. According to federal documents, Boddie of Hampton, Va., was charged with dealing heroin and money laundering for his alleged involvement in a 2014 operation that involved more than 1 kilogram of heroin, the New York Daily News reports. Seven of the 12 charged made appearances in U.S. District Court in Norfolk on Wednesday, but Boddie remains at large, officials say.

At least it wasn't pot-- a schedule 1 controlled substance, that would be much worse!
