I drink, fish, and golf till she breaks.

The most infuriating thing you can possibly do is ignore them. Works every time.

Find a partner who's a fricking adult and talks to me when there's a problem instead of using the silent treatment.

Nah, my GF lived in Europe for a few years and that's the common term over there.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, though.

I apologize if the woman's complaint is rational. In other words I apologize maybe 5% of the time. It's not my fault you're mad because of something you totally made up in your jacked up noggin.

Time fixes all. Enjoy the treatment while it lasts.

shite, that never stopped my wife. I have no problem apologizing when I've done something wrong, but my wife neither:
• Accepts apologies
nor
• Offers them
I apologize because it's the right thing to do … then, I:
pick up my guitar and play,
just like yesterday

That's the perfect answer right there, lol! I'm a woman, and I do the same thing when given the silent treatment by anyone. Ha ha! Don't let anyone control you with it, or they will continue to do it. Act the opposite of what they're trying to accomplish, and just enjoy the quiet time. Women don't really respect a man they can control too much.

Women LOVE to feel morally superior to men, I think it gives them some kind of orgasm. Silence is one way they express the idea that she is morally superior to you in some matter or another.

AKA "silent scorn".

All women do that, just some more than others. When my wife does it, I let her go about a day and then usually I can't take it anymore. At that point, argument begins.

I worked with a woman that did this, on a professional level. It's why I don't like working with women. It really is childish.

Just wait a few days. As soon as she starts her period, things will be ok again...until next month.

Yeah, right. That's like Diogenes looking for one honest man.

Ignore her.

Get on Tigerdroppings.

Laugh out loud.

She can't stand that I'm enjoying myself while she pouts.

After few hours she can't stand not talking and starts being civil.

Ask her is she wants to go out and get something to eat.

Now she's happy.

I beat her

at mental chess by not stooping to her level. I act calm and simply tell her she's acting like a 5 year old and that when she's done pouting we can talk.

Occasionally she will skip the silent treatment and just go full retard. At that point I skip the calm act and remind her sternly that I won't stand for her outbursts.
