I've only been married 6 1/2 years, and I am now looking at my 3rd ring. I've gone the modern look Tungsten for the previous two--I just like the way they look and they're relatively cheap. My fingers are tweeners--a 9 1/2 is too tight, and a 10, while it is comfortable, slides off when I wash my hands. So I probably take my ring off more than most and my 3-yet-old likes to take it and misplace it. Well, it's been missing for several months now and the wife is getting pissed. Thought Id get the expertise of the great OT before pulling the trigger for this one. Tia

Stainless steel. They are cheap and last for a very long time. I think mine cost $20

Get a Niessing if there's a retailer around you.

Had mine for 14 years. Grey gold, round/vaulted, fiberglass finish.

I hate those damn rings with the really blocky edges. Got a standard, traditional silver ring

I broke down and bought like 3-4 tungsten carbide rings and have them all over. A little heavier than some, but they look good and are virtually scratch proof.
