She had a restraining order on him. Long history of domestic abuse and mental illness. The cops were called an hour before he did this and they didn't show up in time. The local arts community is fired up about this.

It looks like somebody hits him/pushes him right before he ignites. I didn't even see him with the source of the ignition. Looks like he douses himself in gasoline then gets pushed to the ground and bursts into flames.

He abused her several times and had a restraining order against him. A friend even called the cops saying he was there an hour before this went down.
