Severe pain:
I have been coping with it for over 15 years.
By severe pain, I mean, after I am pumping gas and want a coffee I have to evaluate whether or not I can make the trip to the counter and back.
Gout and RA have been ruled out over multiple blood draws.
Details:
Born with club feet.....Four foot surgeries....so I can see where the foot pain comes from.
Tore both knees playing football, and PCL allograft was rejected, therefore much translation causing Medical Compartmental OA.....two surgeries per knee.
Right hip pain....not bad though.
Lower back pain
Upper back pain
Neck pain
Left shoulder looseness and Sub acromial pain
Left elbow pain
Umbilical Hernia...and recurring epiditimitis, but no elevated PSA.
Central Sleep apnea....using APap.....under control..>>Went from 35 sleep events to zero per hour......thought this would help..
The internet is the worst thing out there for self diagnosers.........so i will spare you the research done on my end...
what is your opinion?

Try deleting cookies from your waist, will help with the sleep apnea and arthritis
Is your anti-virus software up to date? Might be a bug
Might want to back up your hard drive( increase life insurance policy)
If all else fails, control alt delete

My first question: how fat are you?

If your expectation is to ever be pain free, you have too high of an expectation. But you could be start with our PCP or ask for a referral to a pain care specialist if they're uncomfortable treating that.
