Language is very liberal, just like Cali. Just requires you to have a "condition" for which weed may help. That is probably the only thing that would keep it from passing. They wanted to write it for just a few ailments, but that is dumb anyway. Politicians shouldn't be the ones to decide what it can be good for, doctors should.

IDK, most state initiatives/amendments I've ever seen require 60%

The Florida Constitution requires a 60% vote to pass an amendment.
