I know the OT doesn't eat fast food and all works out daily while benching 400 lbs but if you had to, which of these would you choose?

The quality of Raising Canes is the best IMO but it is also the most expensive.
I would probably go with Popeye's.

I wish we had canes down here I always stop when I see one while traveling. The closest we have to Canes is Zaxbys and that's pretty good too. Out of those if choose CFA though.

Chick-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich, no pickles, with buffalo sauce and 2 waffle fries one between the chicken and bottom bun the other between the chicken and top bun.

Raising Cane's is good but they increased their prices and reduced the size of the fingers.
Popeye's is hit or miss. Some stores have good Chicken and other stores it sucks.
Chick Fil A is too expensive for what you get
