Marlow White Service Uniforms - re: shoulder board clips

For those of you who have ordered uniforms from Marlow White (specifically Army), I've got a question regarding the clips for the shoulder boards...
I just opened the box and did a quick inventory, and noticed there were no clips sewn into the jacket. I looked through all the contents and didn't even find them off to the side to be seen on once it's been tailored.
I can't find anything on MW's website about it. Does anyone know where to get them? I'm brining it to El Bengal Tailor to get altered, an am wondering if he may have them since he does a lot of uniforms.

call them...normally you get the clips when you buy shoulder boards, because they do vary in width depending on who's making the boards...

I understand what you're saying, but why wouldn't they just include them in the box? Like the coat buttons, they're seperate from the actual coat...why not just do that with the clips
I called them today about something else, and the person I spoke to was apparently not having a good day. Hopefully they aren't all like that.

shoulder boards are sold in the clothing & sales. or order online from AAFES.

No I have the shoulder boards, it's the clips that fasten to the coat fabric that I don't have...

The recent thing seems to be they ship the clips with the rank. I'm pretty sure that's what happened with my current uniform - I think they had to be sewn on.
Because there used to be 2 different sized clips for whatever reason, and if you had the wrong size, you would have to switch them anyway.
But, seriously, I'd just call and ask.
Oh, and did you check all the pockets of the jacket?

They send them with the uniform so you can have them sewn on by your tailor.
Make sure you give them the shoulder boards you are going to use so they can match the board to the clip placement; not all all boards are the same

did you check the shoulder boards, there may be a small plastic bag with the clips in them attached to the bottom of one of your boards....

Well I checked one for that purpose, but didn't pull the other out...I'll have to check them again

Thanks a lot for yalls help. Upon closer inspection, there are small black "clips" underneath the flange on the shoulder board. I was under the impression that the clips on the shoulder of the jacket were silver and cylindrical, not small and black.
ETA: they should really tell you about that all three of my peers I called couldn't find anything either
