Darth you know damn well that article title is crap and you still used it. Stop deflecting blame on that.
Pretty clever not quoting the cause of death in the OP too.
Your intentions seem obvious.

A fifth of tequila would hospitalize most and can be deadly.

He honestly didn't consume that much THC. That amount would basically just make a normal human being sink into a couch for 1-2 hours. Have a psychotic episode is due to him have mental instabilities.
I can't speak to his overall mental state as the article does not mention anything about him having a history in that regard one way or the other. The only thing is says remotely to do with how he normally acts is a quote from his mother that says....
quote:
She said her son was well adapted, well-adjusted and had no signs of depression or suicidal thoughts.
“It was completely out of character for Luke … there was no depression or anything that would leave us being concerned, nothing like that.”
I guess it's entirely possible she's lying. However, I don't think a mother would allow her son to be left alone with a loaded pistol if she knew before hand that he was suicidal or mentally unstable.

What pray tell were my "intentions"?

I refuse to believe you're this dense.
"He was a good boy! Completely out of character!" Is always said posthumously.
Most suicides people say they didn't see coming.

This guy apparently was unaware that overdoing it to the point he did could have serious consequences.
If he asked one single question about how much to take in th shop... Then he knew. They do a great job educating people at the shop level. At least in experience.
If he took one look at the warning label that covers most of the child resistant container the edible came in... Then he knew. It warns in the label to take one 10 mg take it slow and warns of death as a possible outcome. Just like warning labels we put on all our pharmaceutical products.

Not the cause. The bullet to the brain caused his death.

Geeze, some of you stoners are too fricking sensitive to anything negative about pot.
Kinda have to be when you're always defending pot legalization against morons that are fine-tooth combing everything looking for negative stories about pot. Understand that I'm not saying that's what you did, just in general.
Posted on 3/26/15 at 12:18 pm to TheCaterpillar
And you're an overly paranoid dipshit so I guess we'll have to call it even.

Go search through my posting history and you'll see I've stated on numerous occasions I'm in favor of pot being legalized and treated my like alcohol is today.

not when the coroner already said this

Summit County Coroner Regan Wood says the preliminary cause of death is a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

I'd this generally agreed upon? Seriously?
Unless you're drinking with MiniMouse, I think you would puke before you die.
Hell I drink a fifth of tequila while boiling crawfish.

I ate too much once, fell asleep. Never had a panic attack. Seems like the people who have problems have some deeper mental issues.

It shouldn't be near as regulated as alcohol is. Alcohol is far worse.
