All apart of banks policy now. They don't even argue or try and stop it, the clerk just give the money and let them leave without incident

NYPD is just thankful they have proof he was in a wheelchair prior to his arrest.

He may have used the wheelchair as a prop. Got far enough away then ran. Or even maybe got in a waiting car.
