Man shot/killed for not holding door for woman at Vegas McDonald's

Not sure I'd shoot someone over it but frick it pisses me off for someone to not say thanks when I hold door open for them or to not hold it for others.

Correct. I always thank someone for holding a door open and I try to be alert to hold the door open for others. I have waited for a women to come from a good 20 feet to let her go in store while I held door. It's just a common courtesy. However it's not that way in the northern states. In Michigan people will get offended by a "how ya doing" if you don't know them.

Yeah...no one is getting shot simply for failing to hold a door open.
