The neck also reportdely yells racial slurs . From the looks of his intimidation and assault tactics, is safe to say the good ole boy did.

Just another good ole neck in action. I am trying to find out what was reportedly said to the teen. After he hit the teen in the head, he deserved his face punched in. Mom called cops and man was arrested.
