Your question has been answered. The new rules change how you can react to a man in the women's restroom.
The new school thing may possibly lead to some isolated sexual assault incidents in the bathroom, but they will certainly lead to girls and their parents all over the country being made uncomfortable by the presence of penises in girls changing rooms.
They will certainly lend societal approval to the idea of being transgendered which will certainly cause more young people to see it as a viable option in their formative and confused years.
It's a shite-show.

I would have guessed that women would be against this all along. How many of them are going to fall in the toilets when all the seats are left up now? Also, how long until urinals are standard in the ladies room?

Do you guys think people who want to commit crimes in bathrooms have just been waiting for it to be ok to walk in another bathroom? Like, if a guy is going to choke out an 8 yr old girl in a bathroom, I don't think he's worried about the bathroom rules at that establishment.

Eh, not this particular incident, but you got some savvy pedos out there. This could make it easier to sneak some photos with the smartphones and stuff without drawing too much suspicion.

Sounds to me like the only differences in barriers is buying a woman's wig. If anything illegal happens in there, it is still illegal. If they are using the bathroom improperly well it's illegal

Again, the rest of the people around are now not supposed to be worried about them either. That gives these guys lots of much easier opportunities. I would wager that there are more pederasts than "transfolk" out there.

Yeah, I think the problem is they are assuming the only potential problems are forcible rape/assault/sexual battery or other like offenses.

What if just wants to listen to little girls pee or what if he wants to masturbate while he looks at a woman's panties and heels on the ground in the next stall?
That guy probably wouldn't have risked walking into the woman's bathroom at Target last year. But now, what's the risk?
And are we supposed to be ok with it?
