it's actually about the same size as the average .38. My wife has a Ruger SP101 .38 and they're almost identical in size. And my .44 is actually a bit lighter. It's advertised at 21 ounces but I've seen a lot of youtube videos saying they're actually 19 ounces.

It's less about that IMO. Right now, if a woman walks into a bathroom and sees a full grown man it's unacceptable, she will say something, and it will be brought to others attention. It's not normal, it's out of place, no matter what his intentions for being in there are.
This law though attempts to make that normal, therefore walking in seeing this guy is no longer odd, it's acceptable and allows these incidents to become easier for a perpetrator to set up.

No. But I do carry a .44 on me daily. Look up a few posts and you'll see an example of what it looks like.
