Man carjacked, beaten at Bourbon Street intersection

Today is the day the unarmed civilian security starts patrolling the FQ....
No thanks....If im driving around the FQ at 4 am, just go ahead and assume my pistol is sitting on my lap.

It's 2015 and we still don't have high Def cameras in FQ, why? I don't care about drugs prostitution there but violence had to go!
