SHELTON - Police arrested a 34-year-old man Tuesday after he allegedly gave a wet willy to a four-year-old boy he did not know.

Michael Migani, with no listed address, was charged with breach of peace in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree after the incident which the mother of the child reported, according to the press release from the Shelton Police Department.
Migani allegedly stuck his finger in his mouth and then stuck it in the ear of the young boy while the child was playing with his mother in the waiting room of an area business on Center Street, according to police.

When Migani was confronted by the child’s mother and staff, he fled in his vehicle. He was later stopped and arrested.
He was released on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in Derby Superior court later this month.

This is the country we live in now.

Think about this man's face the next time you question whether judgement and reason in law enforcement is spiraling out of control.

I don't want to understand why i'm being down voted. The charges may be a little harsh, but he wouldn't be facing them if he hadn't fricked with that kid. If it were your wife and kid I'd bet every guy on this board will want to beat the crap out of him and if they couldn't they would want to see him squirm in the justice sytem.

Agree. Crackhead high as hell touches a kid. Probably would give him a black eye. If you know the people then it's a great prank.

If the story was the dude got his arse beat by a father after giving a 4 year old a wet willy, what would your reaction be?

Depends on if the kid deserved it.

I can guarantee 100% the kid was being a total little shite in the waiting room; if there was avideo of this posted to the OT and he hadn't been arrested, this guy would be heralded as a champion.

Never mind both are misdemeanors in CT where this took place.

Should he be roughed up by a parent? Sure.

So only parents who choose violence are entitled to protection from weirdos?

That's not a reason to over charge him. Should he be roughed up by a parent? Sure. Even spend a little time in jail? Sure. He did something stupid, not life altering. He shouldn't lose his future over something like this. I would imagine reckless endangerment is a felony right?
PEOPLE NEED TO STOP DOING STUPID shite!!!!! Anyone knows better than to frick with a kid that they don't know.

Personally I think violence as a punishment would solve a lot of problems - and that doesn't just apply to parents.

I agree, but you can't chastise a woman for using the police as a way to punish this guy while applauding others who would just kick his arse. Not every situation involves a victim that would or could go the physical route.
